When do you roast?

We roast our micro-lot beans in small batches every Tuesday and ship on Wednesdays so your coffee arrives fresh and ready for your morning ritual.

If a particular roast doesn't match your personal taste profile, we offer hassle-free returns or swaps. We want you to love your morning cup.

Can I change my grind size?

How should I store coffee?

Yes. Reach out with your equipment details and we will recommend the perfect grind size, from coarse-ground French press to fine espresso.

We recommend keeping your beans in our resealable bag with the degassing valve intact, stored in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight.
